186: Bim At Faculdade de Arquitetura E Urbanismo Mackenzie

Since the creation of the National BIM BR Strategy, one of the major challenges for implementing BIM in the country has been training new professionals capable of acting in accordance with the new paradigms of this disruptive process. This challenge is particularly relevant in relation to the introduction of BIM in undergraduate courses. This article reports on the experience of an optional course created in the Architecture and Urban Planning course at the Faculdade de Arquitetura e Urbanismo Mackenzie with the objective of teaching BIM to undergraduate students. The Introduction provides a summary review of articles already published on the subject. Following the methodology adopted by the course is presented as well as the results obtained and a final reflection on the experiment is made.
